How many static IPs can you get with Fibernet Pro?
Static IP blocks of 4, 8, 16 and 32 addresses are available. Let us know how many public-facing services you run and a specialist will recommend the right allocation.
How many users can connect to my ViewQwest Business Broadband plan?
Most Wi-Fi routers can support around 250 devices at once, including computers, phones and other devices. Having more users may impact performance as devices have to compete for the available bandwidth. If your business requires more bandwidth, do reach out to our Business Managers at corporate@viewqwest.com.
How is the installation process conducted?
Once your order is processed internally, we schedule the earliest available date for a NetLink Trust (NLT) site survey. After the survey, NLT proceeds with the Fibre Terminal Point installation upon Business Manager approval. ViewQwest then arranges a date to install the modem and router and activate the circuit. The whole process takes around 16 business working days.
